Welcome to the Safety Points Shopping Cart. This document lays out the step-by-step instructions on how to redeem your safety points, get access to the shopping cart, and navigate your way through the shopping cart. If you have any difficulties with navigating your way through, please contact:

Step 1: Initial Login
- Link to the CGGVeritas login either from the CGGVeritas web site link or by entering www.shopcggveritas.firstimpressions.ab.ca
- This initial link will take you to the login page. There, you will enter your employee number.
- You will then be taken to a display showing your, name, number, and current points.

- From here, click on the link at the bottom of the page which will take you directly to the shopping cart.
Step 2: The Shopping Cart
- Once in the cart, you will need to have a valid e-mail address (any e-mail address) to set up an account. To set up an account:
- click on “Login”, then click on New “Customer SignUp”
- Fill in all of the required information, using your e-mail address as your login, set your own password
- When done, click on the “Submit” button and your account set-up is complete
- This will take you back to the home page of the shopping cart and you can start your shopping
- On the left hand side, click on the points level you are eligible for, and this will take you to the catalogue of goods available at that level. You can also click on any lower levels if you wish to combine items to match your points total
- If you see items you are interested in, click on the image and more detailed information will appear. If you wish to purchase the item, click on Buy, and it will be added to your cart (the top right of your screen will then show how many items are in your cart)
Step 3: The Checkout
- When you are ready to check out (or at any time during the shopping process) you can check the contents of your cart by clicking on the shopping cart link at the top right of your screen
- This will bring a screen showing the contents of your cart and how many of your points you have used. If the points total of the items you have selected is higher than the total points you have earned, you will have to remove item(s) from the cart until the points total in you cart is equal to or less than the amount you have earned.
- Once you are ready to check out, click the Check Out button (you can ignore the shipping calculator as shipping is included).
- Review the billing and shipping address information. PLEASE NOTE: Ensure that your shipping address is correct, otherwise you will not receive your order.
- If everything is correct, click Next Step
- Then next screen prompts for promotional claim codes. Leave this black and click Next Step
- In the next screen, enter your employee # and your name, then click Review Your Order
- If everything is okay, click Place Order (be sure to click only once)
This will complete the order process. You will receive an e-mail confirming the placement of your order.
You can check the status of your order are any time by logging and clicking on Order Status.
